- Caregenie’s products cannot be returned or replaced once delivered.
- Caregenie does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Caregenie’s.
- In case of any refund, Caregenie’s executive will contact you by email or phone to remit the refund.
- Once order is processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.
- For any express deliveries, customer needs to write to us (at [email protected]) with their special request, which only if feasible will be considered.
